| Itzik Marchand, Chief Executive Officer |
Mr. Marchand joined Solido in 2006 as CEO, successfully refocusing the company’s product design and production, and building a network of distributors and resellers to support international sales and marketing. Prior to joining Solido, Mr. Marchand was a partner with a leading business development and consulting firm that worked with a wide range of companies, such as Ness, SuperCom, Actimize and others. During this time, Mr. Marchand founded Guard IT, as a management by-out of Packet Technologies IP, where he served as President and CEO. Marchand also established and managed Balisoft Ltd., a developer of eCRM products, which was subsequently merged with ServiceSoft, which was bought by BroadBase and subsequently merged with Kana. He also held Product Marketing and Management positions with Comverse and Scitex Corporation.
Mr. Marchand holds a BSc and MSc in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science as well as a Degree in International Marketing and Export Management.

| Eldad Sayada, Senior Vice President for Worldwide Channel & Distribution |
| Mr. Sayada joined Solido in April 2009. Brining more than twenty years of executive experience in business planning and execution, Mr. Sayada is responsible for building Solido’s distribution channel in the U.S. and European markets. Over the course of Mr. Sayada’s career, his strategic implementation of information systems and analysis platforms have led to improvements in efficiencies and revenues for the companies he has worked for. Prior to joining Solido, Mr. Sayada founded and served as CEO of Widetech Ltd., servicing several large deployments of CAD-CAM systems at large industrial concerns. Prior to this, Mr. Sayada served as Executive Vice President of New Jersey based SintecMedia Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s general operations, sales and marketing in North America. Mr. Sayada holds a BS in psychology and Computer Science. |

| Dror Givati, Business Unit Manager |
| Mr. Givati joined Solido in August 2009, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in Operations, including production , final testing, product control , materials management, logistics , sub-contractor relations, purchasing , inventory control, import/export, accounting, engineering, costing, MIS, and product definition and transfer from R&D to production . He works directly with Solido subcontractors for full turnkey solutions. Prior to joining Solido, Mr. Givati held executive positions with Sanmina SCI Medical System, M-Systems, Versamed, Qualitau and Scitex Corporation. Mr. Givati holds an MBA and a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems from Boston University, as well as a degree as a Practical Engineer in Industrial Management. |

| Hovav Elhayani, R&D Manager |
| Mr. Elhayani joined Solido in February 2009 brining with him years of valuable experience in R&D and engineering in industrial, multidisciplinary and medical companies. Prior to joining Solido, Mr. Elhayani held senior positions with Ultrashape, Nanomotion and PTC. Mr. Elhayani holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. |

| Ran Houminer, Product Manager |
| Mr. Houminer joined Solido in 2001 and is the lead Product Manager for the SD300Pro. Since the introduction of Solido's SD300 for beta site testing, Mr. Houminer has been responsible for all sites management in Europe and Asia. Prior to the introduction of the SD300, Mr. Houminer served as a member of the R&D team, where he played a vital role in the product development process. Mr. Houminer holds a degree in Industrial Design. |

| Shmulik Bari, Operation & Supply Chain Manager |
Mr. Bari joined Solido 3D 3D in July 2007 and brings extensive experience and expertise in the areas of operations, including production final testing, product control, materials management, logistics, subcontractor relations, purchasing, inventory control, import/export, accounting, engineering, cost reduction, MIS, and product definition and transfer from R&D to production. Prior to joining Solido 3D Mr. Bari held senior positions with Arazim Technologies, CPC Hi Technologies, and Hayoli Tech & PCS Revenue Control Systems, Inc (U.S.). He works directly with Solido 3D's subcontractors and is responsible for the acquired services ensuring cost-effective solutions. Mr. Bari holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as an advanced degree in Practical Engineering and Agriculture Management. |

| Enrico Barbieri, Regional Director Europe |
| Mr. Barbieri joined Solido in February 2009 as Regional Director Europe bringing with him a deep knowledge of the European market, gained over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His language skills have taken him to work in various European countries and prior to joining Solido, Mr. Barbieri, was founder and CEO of a distribution company of CAD/CAM systems. The management of sales networks and market knowledge of the RP, in addition to his active participation in the development phase of SD300Pro, led him naturally to fill the present position. Mr. Barbieri holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the ITIS of Varese. |
